Which delivery company are you working with?

We are working with Aras Kargo for domestic and UPS for international orders.

When will my order be shipped?

Your products will be shipped to you in 2 business days after you place your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail upon your order.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number. With this number you can track your shipment on the website of Aras for domestic orders. You can also check from your account on www.tomologo-official.com.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update your delivery address if you send us your request by writing to us at contact@tomologo-official.com.

However, we cannot change your address if the order has been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order after placing it, we can cancel it on the condition that it has not been shipped yet. You can write to us at contact@tomologo-official.com with your request.

If your order has been shipped, we recommend that you proceed to return the product after receiving it. 

Can I add a special note to my order?

You can write the note you want to add in the “Order Notes” section on the payment page.

Do you provide gift packaging?

As Tomologo, we also give the importance we give to our products to their packaging.

Each order is delivered with its own dust bag and shipment box. In order to minimize the impact we leave on the planet, we do not have any additional gift packaging.

We accept wire payments and credit cards.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

Can I return the product I ordered?

You can return your product on the condition that it is not used or damaged within 14 days after receiving it. We do not accept damaged or used products.

Once personalised with monogram, your bag can no longer be returned or exchanged.

 

Can I exchange the product I ordered?

You can change the color of the same model products within 14 days. If the product you want to change is out of stock, your money will be refunded. If you want to exchange it for a different model, the product will be returned and you must purchase the new product.

Before the exchange, you can write to us at contact@tomologo-official.com and send us the unused and undamaged products with all accessories. For detailed information, you can visit our Exchange & Returns page.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT

Who pays the customs duty & taxes?

Prices at the check out only include the shipment fee from Turkey to your country. Customs and tax regulations vary from country to country, therefore the customer is responsible for any taxes and duties required by the country of delivery.

Can I return & exchange the product I ordered?

On international shipments we do not accept exchange.

You can return your product on the condition that it is not used or damaged within 14 days after receiving it. We do not accept damaged or used products.

We are sorry that we are not able to offer you a flat return shipment fee. Therefore you might be charged more than 35 Euros on your return shipment by the shipment companies. For the best prices you can use our UPS rates.

How do you define the international pricing of your products?

As Tomologo, we set our prices in TRY since our main production and activity area is in Turkey. For international orders the Euro prices are tax excluded. We reserve the right to update our prices due to the changing exchange rates.
