You can exchange or return the purchased product within 14 days. In order for the return or exchange to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

• the product is not used or damaged,
• the product is sent to our company in complete with all accessories,
• the invoice is sent with the product

As Tomologo, we will process the change and return requests that meet these conditions within 5 working days by making the necessary inspections after the product reaches us and inform you. In case of a refund, it may take 3 to 5 business days in addition for the refund being transferred to your bank account.

 

In case the product is damaged or missing 

When you receive your order, do not forget to check it immediately, if your order is damaged or missing, make a report to the shipping officer who delivered it. This report will help you to process the return and exchange faster. In cases where a record is not kept, our company will make the necessary inspection and make the decision of return and exchange according to this inspection.

You must notify our company of defective or incomplete delivery of your product within 2 working days after receiving it.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN PROCESS

You can send your exchange or return request within 14 days of receiving your order by filling out the form below or by writing to us directly at contact@tomologo-official.com. This step is necessary to process your transaction.

Domestic orders:

You can return your product in complete (including all accessories, box and invoice) to our contracted shipping company (Aras) free of charge for domestic shipments. If you use a company other than the contracted cargo company, we inform you that the shipping fee belongs to you and we, as Tomologo, do not accept buyer paid shipments.

International orders:

For international orders we are sorry that we are not able to provide free shipping. The return cost of shipment is paid by the customers. You can use our UPS contracted prices, please contact us beforehand.
